WARRANTY PROCESS

STEP 2. Return item(s) to Decathlon

NOTES BEFORE RETURNING ITEM(S) TO DECATHLON

1. RETURN FORM AND INVOICE CANCELLATION FORM

Return form is required. After successfully creating an exchange/return request at the website http://doitra.decathlon.vn, write down the request code onto RETURN FORM and attach it on the package. Download form here.

Invoice cancellation form is required. VAT invoice is issued for all orders at Decathlon with buyer’s information. Therefore, when requesting exchange/return, you need to fill out INVOICE CANCELATION FORM. After filling out the required information, put it into the package and send it back to Decathlon. If you do not send Invoice Cancellation form to Decathlon, your exchange/return request will not be processed. Download form here.

2. RETURN PROCESS FOR ORDERS WITH VAT INVOICE FOR ENTERPRISES

For orders requesting VAT invoice for companies or enterprises, please follow the same process below. However, you need to send a MERCHANDISE RETURN INVOICE to the Decathlon office. Please contact our customer service via hotline 1800 9044 or send us an email to cskh@decathlon.com for more information.

3. SHIPPING SERVICE FOR RETURNING ITEM(S) TO DECATHLON WAREHOUSE

Decathlon only provides free shipping service and guarantees the exchange and return process if you return the items to us via Vietnam post. If you use other shipping services, Thu Duc post office could deny receiving the item. In addition, please keep a waybill for checking.

Shipping for returned items is free of charge. In case you are asked to pay a fee when dropping off the items at a post office, please deny paying and contact us via hotline 1800 9044, ext no.1 for assistance.
