    To facilitate the event, the city of Hanoi plans to deploy a total of 270 LED display screens and 400 sound systems along streets, city entrances, and public spaces. The goal is to allow residents, especially those in suburban areas, to witness the significant event live while helping to reduce traffic congestion in the city center where the main ceremony takes place at Ba Dinh Square.
