Besides attending in person, the public can watch the September 2nd parade and procession through various mass media channels, digital devices, and television broadcasts.
To facilitate the event, the city of Hanoi plans to deploy a total of 270 LED display screens and 400 sound systems along streets, city entrances, and public spaces. The goal is to allow residents, especially those in suburban areas, to witness the significant event live while helping to reduce traffic congestion in the city center where the main ceremony takes place at Ba Dinh Square. Specific details are as follows:
Display System:
- 14 LED screens will be installed at 11 locations along the 3 parade and procession routes.
- 7 screens will be placed at 6 gateways to the capital.
- Screens will be set up at 136 public locations at the ward and commune level, prioritizing community centers, schools, and sports fields.
- 127 existing LED screens from private businesses will be utilized to display promotional messages.

LED lighting systems will be installed along parade locations.
Sound System:
- A network of 400 loudspeakers will be distributed along 200 sections of the route, with 1-2 speakers per section spaced 30-50m apart, covering the entire 10 km procession route.
- The speakers will be securely mounted on utility or lighting poles, are weather-resistant, and can produce sound levels of 80-90 dB in an outdoor environment.
Technical Operation: The entire system will operate based on a signal received from Ba Dinh Square, transmitted via a fiber-optic network to “nodes” (technical coordination centers) along the route. Technical staff will be on duty 24/7 at each node to ensure uninterrupted operation. The system will be officially operational on September 2nd, with a testing phase from August 20th to 30th, and will be dismantled by September 7th.

People can come to watch the rehearsal of the September 2nd Parade to cheer on the soldiers.

According to the approved plan, the capital city will host a fireworks display at 5 different locations.
Specifically, the 5 selected locations for the program include:
